The bed, bedding, and pillows were all very comfortable.

The soundproofing in our room was incredibly poor, allowing us to hear every conversation from the neighboring rooms and disturbances in the hallway. We also faced issues with a cramped and tiny bathroom, where the shower was awkwardly placed above the toilet, creating quite the mess due to lack of proper drainage. Additionally, the cleanliness left much to be desired, as we found hair on the towels and dust accumulated in various corners of the room.

I would’ve loved to give this place a good review, but alas! I encountered cockroaches twice while staying, and let’s not get started on the wifi—always dropping at the most inconvenient times. Since I’m clearly a guest of distinction, I expected the staff to handle this, but of course, no one seemed to care. Disgraceful.

Just a top selection for a weekend respite in Taipei with value for money. The location is perfect, steps from the Daan MTR station, which made everything super accessible. Check the taxi services early in the morning for a smoother ride to the airport.

my stay at nihao cafe exceeded my expectations during this trip. the room was cozy and clean, making it a great base for exploring the city. the staff was really helpful with providing essentials and the location near da'an station made it super convenient.

We had a fantastic time here with friends! The location was super convenient, just a minute from the subway, making trips to places like Taipei 101 and Daan Forest Park a breeze. The staff was incredibly friendly, and the breakfast, especially the Taiwanese porridge, was a delicious start to our days. Definitely recommend using the community fridge for drinks too.

One thing to note is that the service can be a bit slow. it took a while for our coffee orders to arrive in the mornings, which can be a hassle if you're in a hurry.
